Ephesians 2:19-22 (MSG)
This kingdom of faith is now your home country. You’re no longer strangers or outsiders. You belong here, with as much right to the name Christian as anyone. God is building a home. He’s using us all—irrespective of how we got here—in what he is building. He used the apostles and prophets for the foundation. Now he’s using you, fitting you in brick by brick, stone by stone, with Christ Jesus as the cornerstone that holds all the parts together. We see it taking shape day after day—a holy temple built by God, all of us built into it, a temple in which God is quite at home.
Being a part of a Church is so much more than attending a Sunday service. We are designed for community and relationship, with God and each other. Our hope is that you will find authentic relationships as you take your next steps in being a part of Eastcoast.
Here are some key ways you can be connected:
Eastcoast Intro – This is a four week course giving you a chance to meet the pastors and understand the vision and values of Eastcoast. Over the four weeks you will get to experience a connect group style environment with space for questions and discussion.
Connect Groups – are not just another ‘program’ or ‘ministry’ they are the heartbeat of Eastcoast. We currently host our Connect groups online and in person. These groups are run by Connect Group Leaders in different locations around the Sutherland Shire, St George area. In our Connect Groups we Pray together, Talk together and Laugh together.
Serve – Jesus modelled servant leadership in the way he walked out his ministry on earth. We see serving the Church and our community as a lifestyle of a believer. Being a part of a team is another great way to build relationships across generations, using our gifts and talents to serve God.
Prayer – We believe in the power of prayer! If you or your family have prayer needs our prayer team would love to stand in faith with you.
